Called Refresh Cycles this morning about getting the front and back brake pads changed on my E-bike. He asked me to pop down, and as soon as I arrived, he dropped what he was doing and sorted them out straight away—couldn’t believe how quick and efficient he was! ⚡🛠️

I am so so happy with Chris and so grateful to have found him! My mountain bike needed a stage 3 service and multiple repairs.

Chris did an excellent job on my bike. He was accommodating when I was running late to drop the bike off and gave updates on the work he’d done. He even managed to do an extra job even though I asked last minute if he could do it while the bike was with him. Definitely recommend Chris for any work on your bike.
